H pylori could cause severe and debilitating symptoms, or very slight symptoms, with regards to the individual who has got the bacteria and any risk of strain of bacteria involved. Not everybody is affected similarly. Common symptoms include exhaustion, mood dilemmas, general malaise along with generally acknowledged intestinal symptoms like heartburn, reflux (GERD), bloating, sickness, vomiting and bad breath.

Pylori - Doctors frequently prescribe antacid medications or laxatives for these symptoms; sometimes they'll have the experience to perform screening for H pylori and other intestinal attacks. If H pylori is found triple treatment antibiotics are usually given to kill the H pylori. This form of treatment has recently demonstrated an ability to be only 50-70 percent effective, nevertheless.

Even if H pylori has been confirmed as having been eliminated, a patient's symptoms frequently remain. This confuses doctor and patient alike. Diet is rarely considered in these circumstances, but in actual fact, common foods that are eaten on an everyday basis by many individuals could cause just the same signs whilst the Helicobacter itself.

Food 1 - Gluten

Gluten (more accurately, gliadin) is just a protein molecule that is present in the rye, barley, wheat and spelt. All foods which contain these grains have gluten included (e.g. bread, dinner, cakes, biscuits, cereals, pizza). Lots of people are gluten-intolerant and in my experience gluten may be the number 1 problem food. Gluten causes inflammation in the little intestine, much like H pylori. Most of the time, simply removing the gluten can dramatically reduce symptoms. Often people cannot expel H pylori until they've been on a gluten-free diet for at least 60-days.

Food number 2 - Coffee

I really like coffee, but unfortunately in any form coffee is definitely an nuisance to the digestive tract. Many people report having heartburn, reflux and other intestinal symptoms once they drink coffee. It is better to reduce coffee consumption if H pylori bacteria exist.

Food number 3 - Soy

Soy foods have recently been touted as being healthier and, in some cases, miracle foods. Nevertheless these records is far from the reality. In reality, soy is not a healthy food for most people. Even in Japan it is the number one allergy causing food. It could have a primary impact on the gastrointestinal system and cause similar signs to H pylori (it causes me to have wind, bloating and loose stools). Significant improvements are experienced by many people once they eliminate soy in all forms. Several other foods, including cow's milk and vegetable oils, also needs to be avoided if H pylori is identified. A whole set of these foods as well as the right diet and natural project for H pylori patients is available in the H Pylori Diet e-book and book.

Dave Hompes has close to a 100 percent success rate in assisting his clients overcome H Pylori. The very first five chapters of his book, The H Pylori Diet, can be downloaded for free at this link: http://www.h-pylori-symptoms.com/h-pylori-symptoms
