Consumer group Choice demanded more detail in the code to better indicate how many Australians would potentially suffer such bullying tactics .
ACCAN called for a clause to be added to the code which would disqualify rights holders from the scheme if they engaged in speculative invoicing.
John Stanton, chief executive of the industry body Communications Alliance, which drafted the code, told Fairfax Media it would soon respond to key themes emerging from the public response in revising the code.
Industry has until to submit a final version of the voluntary code to government. If rights holders and internet providers can't reach agreement, the government has said it may ask the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to impose a binding code.
Rights holders and telcos continue to haggle over who will bear the brunt of costs associated with the scheme, which have still not been quantified.
In its submission, ACCAN called for a government-led cost-benefit analysis of the scheme, and said costs should be kept to an absolute minimum .
We still have no idea what this scheme will cost and many of its proposed benefits are spurious, the group's Ms Corbin said.
Last month Choice which likened the code to mediaeval-style law, tying the issue back to one of the world's most-pirated shows, mediaeval fantasy series Game of Thrones.

5. Jerry West Hits 60 Foot Shot 
In Game 3 of the NBA Finals, the Lakers were down two points to the New York Knicks with roughly three seconds remaining in the game. Unfortunately for the Lakers, they would go on to lose in overtime and the series to the Knicks. The Lakers have won 10 championships since he bought the team and they have always been one of the premiere teams in the NBA.

3. Lakers win 33 Games In A Row 
During the 1971-1972 season, the Lakers won 33 consecutive games; they did not lose a game for over two months. With Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, and Gail Goodrich leading the way, the Lakers managed to set a record that still has not been broken to this day. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks ended the streak at 33 on January 9th, 1972. The Lakers finished the season with a 69-13 record, the second greatest record of all time.

2. Lakers Draft Magic Johnson 
On June 25, 1979, the NBA Draft was being held in New York City and the Los Angeles Lakers had the first overall pick. The Lakers acquired the pick because they owned New Orleans鈥?first round pick and they finished last in the conference. The Chicago Bulls finished last in their conference and the two teams had to have a coin flip to determine who would receive the first pick of the draft. Luck was on the Lakers side and they won the coin flip and they selected Earvin 鈥淢agic鈥?Johnson with the number one pick and the rest is history.

1. Lakers Win 1972 NBA Championship 
The Lakers were hungry for a championship after reaching the NBA Finals, but always coming up short in the end. With a core of Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, and Gail Goodrich the Lakers were finally able to bring a title to Los Angeles, the franchise鈥檚 first since moving from Minneapolis. With Chamberlain accepting more of a defensive anchor, the Lakers had one of the greatest seasons in NBA history, and it all culminated with a championship after beating the New York Knicks in five games. West and Goodrich combined to form an amazing scoring backcourt, nearly averaging 50 points per game. The Lakers were unstoppable, and they established a winning mentality that would lead to more NBA championships for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Coastal Green, which issued its own recall, also supplied frozen spinach to of Petaluma, Calif., which pulled nearly 74,000 cases of products because of the potential contamination.
Twin City Tuesday for several frozen spinach products, including Wild Harvest Organic Cut Leaf Spinach in 16-ounce frozen packages sold in Washington state. The items have a UPC code of 1153550170 and a package code: SELL BY 08.DEC.2016. L084WE.

But there s another perspective: Marriage is a God-given ordinance that speaks to more than just the love between two people. Biblical teaching on marriage shows us that the union of a man and woman is the icon of the union of Christ and his church. The Book of Revelation envisions the great wedding feast at the end of time, the union of the Bridegroom and his bride.

So doing marriage incorrectly is an act of idolatry. It s a rejection of both the ordinance God has given and the meaning of that ordinance. Since the gender of the participants in marriage is important, mixing those sexes up destroys the point marriage was meant to represent. How can a Christian be involved in such a thing?

But my heart wants to come alongside my gay friends and celebrate the joy they have found. Jesus shared his life with deeply flawed sinners. My theologically trained head realizes that we need to make decisions based on the clear biblical witness.
