Napoli star Marek Hamsik doesn't seem affected by speculation that he could sign for Liverpool or Manchester United.

The Slovakian playmaker was spectacular during the international break and again demonstrated what he can do in the shop window.

There have been reports that Hamsik is unsettled after seven years at Napoli, especially after his club's disappointing start to the season.

Napoli are already out of the Champions League having lost to Athletic Bilbao at the preliminary stage and defeats in the league have seen them already fall off the Scudetto pace.

But Hamsik still believes his team can come good.

"We haven't been consistent and we haven't reached our top level. We have already lost two games out of six and that is too many.

"However, I'm sure that things will get better. The international break is good because the whole squad will come back with a desire to win.

"We are still in the title race but we can't afford to slip further behind Roma and Juventus. Nonetheless we have a talented team and we can win it. There's still time to climb the table."

It remains to be seen whether Hamsik is still completely committed should a bid arrive from a major side in January or even in June.

If Napoli don't qualify for next season's Champions League it is reasonable to expect that Hamsik will move on.

-The apex regulatory agency, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) also doubled as Designated Authority (DA) to monitor the level of compliance on the implementation of the International Ships and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) in Nigerian ports has stated that it would no longer be business as usual for ports, terminals and jetties that have failed to comply with the tenets of the ISPS Code.
-It says DA has perfected arrangement to withdraw all maritime services from facilities found to be operating below or without complying with the provisions of the code.
-In a recently published marine notice signed by its management, NIMASA said it has exhausted all intermediate measures to compel deficient port facilities to address all indentified areas of non-compliance with the ISPS Code, without success.
-The notice said the agency, in line with its mandate as the DA will commence withdrawal of maritime services from such ports, terminals and jetties.
-鈥淭he withdrawal of maritime services, which implies the stoppage of ship calls at such facilities, shall remain in place until the DA is satisfied that the minimum requirements for compliance with the ISPS Code have been met in the facilities,鈥?NIMASA stated in the notice.
-The United State (U.S) Coast Guard recently imposed condition of entry, which subjects ships that visit U.S from the affected port facilities in Nigeria to serious security checks before allowing or disallowing such ship into the U.S ports.
-According to the diplomatic note from the U.S embassy in Nigeria, some Nigerian port facilities lacked effective anti-terrorism measures in place and the sanction deals on ships that leave Nigeria to the U.S from all non-compliant port facilities.
-Currently only about 22 port facilities in Nigeria have been certified to be 100 per cent complaint with ISPS Code by NIMASA, while over 58 oil jetties and other port facilities were listed as non-compliant facilities.
-ISPS Code is a comprehensive set of measures developed in response to the perceived threats to ships and port facilities in the wake of the 9/11 attacks in the United States. The code is implemented alongside the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), 1974.
