In an interview with , Rossiter was asked who the most skilful player at his level was, to which he replied  .
+
"Jane the Virgin" (8 p.m., The CW): Gina Rodriguez shines in this new dramedy that is more delightful than its outlandish premise might indicate. A young woman is saving herself for marriage, until -- surprise! -- she becomes artificially inseminated in a medical mix up. Many complications ensue.

+
"Scorpion" (9 p.m., CBS): One of the fall's new freshman hits continues as Walter's (Elyes Gabel) gang of geniuses head to Las Vegas for a simple casino job. But a robbery leads to Walter's arrest and the rest of the team is left to clear his name.
So while Rossiter is well and truly in the minds of the Anfield faithful following his debut goal against Middlesbrough earlier this season, what should we know about Kent?
+
(L-R): Gina Rodriguez as Jane and Brett Dier as Michael in 'Jane The Virgin.' (Greg Gayne/The CW) "Independent Lens: Bully" (10 p.m., PBS): The acclaimed documentary series starts its 16th season with a film that should be mandatory for all young students. It highlights the formidable challenges faced by bullied kids, while demonstrating how too many teachers and parents respond to aggressive behavior with "kids will be kids" cliches, and reflecting a growing movement to change the ways to address bullying in schools.

Also on Monday:
The 17-year-old is a secondary striker who can also play on either wing, and having grown up together, Rossiter and Kent should know each other s games inside-out.

NFL football: 49ers at Rams (5:15 p.m., ESPN; 8:15 p.m. EST)

+
"The Big Bang Theory" (8 p.m., CBS)
Kent has already impressed in the UEFA Youth League this season, providing assists in consecutive matches against Ludogorets Razgrad and FC Basel, while he has also got on the score-sheet himself for the under-21s against West Ham United.
+
"Dancing With the Stars" (8 p.m., ABC)

+
"The Originals" (8 p.m., The CW)
While he made waves as a forward in the 2013 Milk Cup, more recently he has operated as a left-winger, and that flexibility could make him a fantastic addition to future Liverpool first-team squads.
+
"Gotham" (8 p.m., Fox)

+
  "Antiques Roadshow" (8 p.m., PBS)
As with Rossiter there is a long way for Kent to go, but the Reds continue to impress with their conveyor-belt of young talent, which shows no signs of stopping just yet
