Negeri Jepang memang sudah lama sekali menjadi kiblat nya Trend dan Fashion di dunia. Banyak sekali anak muda yang tergila-gila dengan banyak hal dari negara ini, mulai dari trend berpakaian, gaya rambut, komik, sampai makanan nya. Di Indonesia juga saat ini sudah banyak sekali restoran – restoran khas Jepang yang menawarkan berbagai jenis masakan khas Jepang. Makanan seperti sushi, teriyaki, sup udon dan lainnya. Selain masakan – masakannya, cemilan khas Jepang juga sudah banyak yang di jual di Indonesia salah satu nya adalah Doriyaki, siapa yang tidak mengenal cemilan khas Jepang yang satu ini? Dari namanya saja sudah sangat familiar. Ya, makanan favorit Doraemon ini juga banyak di gemari oleh orang Indonesia. Cemilan khas Jepang yang lainnya yang juga sudah ngetrend adalah kue Mochi, kue manis dan lembut ini juga banyak yang menggemarinya. Masih banyak cemilan – cemilan khas Jepang yang unik dan pastinya nikmat. Berikut beberapa cemilan khas Jepang :

1. Dorayaki

Makanan favorit Doraemon ini termasuk cemilan khas traditional Jepang ata biasa di sebut “Wagashi”. Cemilan mungil dari adonan tepung yang direkatkan kacang merah ini asal mulanya di buat oleh seorang samurai yang bernama Saito Musashibo Benkei. Saat itu Saito mengalami luka – luka kemudian di rawat di rumah salah satu penduduk. Saito membuat kue dengan adonan tepung ini di atas sebuah gong oleh karena itu ia berbentuk bulat. Dari asal mulanya , kue dorayaki  atau sering juga di sebut mikasa (三笠) di beri nama dorayaki yang artinya “Gong” yang dalam bahasa Jepang disebut “dora”.

Kue mochi terbuat dari beras ketan yang di tumbuk hingga halus dan menjadi lengket. Kue ini dahulu nya sering di konsumsi oleh para petani di Jepang untuk menjaga stamina mereka. Selain itu Mochi juga sering di konsumsi oleh para samurai karena mudah untuk membuatnya dan gampang untuk di bawa sebagai bekal. Konon, ceritanya suara tumbukan ketika membuat kue Mochi merupakan sebuah tanda bahwa samurai akan berangkat ke medan perang.

Takoyaki merupakan makanan ringan yang biasa di jual sebagai cemilan yang dapat mengganjal perut. Takoyaki terbuat dari adonan tepung dengan isi potongan daging gurita di dalamnya.

Mantao kemudian di modifikasi oleh orang Jepang menjadi mantau, perbedaannya adalah kalau bakpao atau mantao memiliki kulit yang tebal dan isi yang sedikit, kue manju memiliki isian yang lebih banyak dengan kulit yang lebih tipis. Kue manju di isi dengan kacang kacang merah di bungkus dengan adonan tepung dan di bentuk bulat. Salah satu jenis manju yang lain adalah momiji manju (daun mapple), kue manju yang di bentuk menyerupai daun mapple.

Untuk itu imagawayaki di buat dalam bentuk ikan tai ini agar masyarakat menjadi senang dan setelah itu imagawayaki ini di sebut taiyaki. Ikan ini juga dipercaya membawa keberuntungan oleh orang Jepang.
