Phog Allen Fieldhouse aside, most of the pregame action in Lawrence  involves a pub-crawl along Massachusetts Street, the main street in Lawrence. Known as The Mass, it was named the state鈥檚 most popular tourist attraction this year by TripAdvisor. The 600 to 1200 block area of Massachusetts Street is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Police were setting up checkpoints and roadblocks for key entrance and exit points to those infected communities and every resident would be stopped. Nobody would be allowed to exit quarantined communities. Troops were fanning out across Liberia to help to deal with the emergency.

At the very least, many Bear fans have likely been  to Billy Bob鈥檚 or Bass Hall. It鈥檚 only 90 minutes from Waco.

For gameday purposes, anywhere in the Sixth Street district is the place to be.
