WHITEFISH BAY (WITI) The City of Milwaukee passed new sex  offender ordinances last month, leaving just聽four communities in the county without rules stating where sex offenders can live.

Police Chief Michael Young is recommending the city restrict sex offenders from living within 1,500 feet of schools, day cares, parks and areas considered child safety zones.

River Hills Village President Bob Brunner says an ordinance聽in his community聽is also in the works.

In a statement released on Monday it said its humanitarian window would not apply to the areas in which Israel Defense Forces soldiers were operating and that "the IDF will respond to any attempt to exploit this window to harm Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers".
  It should be an obligation of the community of where the sex offenders are, and to put an undue burden on communities that don t have any sex offenders would not be an appropriate things to do, said Brunner.

"It is simply intolerable that another school has come under fire <a href=http://www.saclouisvuittonhomme.com/portefeuille-homme-59>Portefeuille Homme</a> while designated to provide shelter for civilians fleeing the hostilities," said Robert Serry, the UN's Middle East special co-ordinator.
It s possible Whitefish Bay could pass an ordinance as soon as tonight. Brunner says River Hills will discuss the ordinance at a September board meeting.

Israel was told of the co-ordinates of the school 33 times, the last time just one hour before the deadly strike, the UN said.
That leaves Hales Corners and Shorewood as the only other communities without sex offender ordinances.
