WASHINGTON Start 'em: Monday's game made Alfred Morris look bad, but he'd averaged 12.5 fantasy points a game before that. He's a must-start.

Start 'em?: Against a good Arizona defense, even with it missing some pieces, Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson are tough to count on, given their inconsistency this year. They're both low-end flex plays. ... The Washington tight end situation is a crapshoot. Both Jordan Reed and Niles Paul could be good fantasy plays on their own, but with them both likely to play Sunday, who can say if either one will get enough attention to trust?

CARDINALS Start 'em: Considering all the quarterback problems in Arizona, Andre Ellington seems likely to get heavy usage Sunday. He needs to be in all lineups. ... He's a must-start.
