Apple Pie Cookies recipe is a good snack for the kids ... healthy ingredients with no refined sugar. I added 1 large ripe bananas mashed wet ingredients to enhance sweetness. It is also used applesauce instead of chopped apples, because my children still have trouble eating things with multiple textures. I also recommend an increase of one heaping teaspoon of cinnamon. Doing it this way, I found a little less than 4 dozen cookies, and it was something cakelike. They were delicious and my kids ate it!
