@@@ CHICAGO/MILWAUKEE/RACINE (WITI) Two Chicago teens have been arrested in Racine on warrants that charge them with the murder of a Rogers Park photographer in July. This, according to the Chicago Tribune. The Tribune reports 15-year-old Denzel Burke and 17-year-old Michael Phillips are both charged in Cook County, Illinois warrants with the killing of 28-year-old Wil Lewis. Wil Lewis Lewis, a graduate of Milwaukee s Institute of Art and Design was gunned down on July 12th as he stood waiting for a <a href=http://www.louisvuittontassenkopen.com/goedkoop-louis-vuitton-alma-12>Louis Vuitton Alma Tassen</a> bus a few blocks from his home. The Tribune reports 31-year-old Eric Vaughn is being held without bail in the case as prosecutors say he handed a pistol to a fellow gang member when they were driving and saw a rival gang member who was the target of the shooting. However, prosecutors say Vaughn, the gunman and another person were driving just before 3:30 p.m. on July 12th when the gunman saw a rival gang member and told Vaughn he wanted to shoot the rival.
