Olympia police will hold a free event to celebrate National Night Out from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Artesian Commons, 415 Fourth Ave., Olympia.  The overall goal is for people to get to know their neighbors, and enhance <a href=http://www.louisvuitton-pascher.com>Louis Vuitton Alma</a> their relationship with law enforcement and other community partners, said Amy Stull, community programs coordinator for the Olympia Police Department. The event will feature games and a police car and a firetruck for kids to explore, she said. In addition, police officers plan to caravan to 21 neighborhoods for various National Night Out events, Stull saidMeantime, the Horizon Pointe Homeowners Association will host its annual National Night Out event from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at Horizon Pointe Park, 5700 Balustrade <a href=http://www.louisvuitton-pascher.com>Louis Vuitton Artsy</a> Blvd. SE. It will feature free dinner and live music, according to signs posted around the area. It is traditionally one of the largest Night Out events in South Sound.   The parents told investigators they were out of the house and Perkins, who had been staying with the family for the past few weeks, was watching the 10-year-old girl. But when the  parents returned, the girl accused Perkins of fondling her under her shirt, Waco police Sgt. Patrick Swanton reported.

The father confronted Perkins, who attempted to leave after being told police were on the way. The father detained Perkins and during that time Perkins was struck on the head.

After investigating the complaint, officers arrested Perkins and took him to an area hospital where he was  treated for a minor injury to his head.

He remained in jail Monday on a $50,000 bond.

The parents told investigators they were out of the house and Perkins, who had been staying with the family for the past few weeks, was watching the 10-year-old girl. But when the  parents returned, the girl accused Perkins of fondling her under her shirt, Waco police Sgt. Patrick Swanton reported.
The father confronted Perkins, who attempted to leave after being told police were on the way. The father detained Perkins and during that time Perkins was struck on the head.
