Elwell agreed and picked up Alvin and another man at <a href=http://www.louisvuitton-pascher.com>Acheter louis vuitton</a> South 13th and Washington streets for the sale, police said.Inside the car, the other man pulled a handgun and pointed it at Elwell's head, Northampton County Assistant District Attorney Kelly Lewis Fallenstein said. The robbers demanded the money, and "at that point, the gun went off," Fallenstein said.Alvin wasn't arrested for more than a month after the shooting. But on Jan. 31, he was taken into custody by authorities after a chase at Spruce and Raspberry streets, police said. A search revealed he was carrying 16 bags of crack cocaine, 28 bags of heroin and $767 in cash, police said.Under the plea bargain, Alvin admitted to conspiracy to commit robbery in the shooting, and possession with intent to deliver heroin for the drugs. President Judge Stephen Baratta called the deal "rather generous," though he accepted its terms.Under the agreement, a one- to two-year sentence for the heroin charge was allowed to run alongside the robbery, meaning no additional jail time. Alvin was under supervision for a previous drug conviction at the time of the crimes, and that case was closed without further penalty.Fallenstein said Alvin has agreed to cooperate with authorities against <a href=http://www.louisvuitton-pascher.com/26-voyage-louis-vuitton>Voyage Louis Vuitton</a> the man they have identified as the shooter, Dyquinn Little, who has not been charged.
