Opening Living Room marks the next passage for Larson and his team.鈥淭he new space will give Arthouse room to roast the coffees, keep our offices upstairs and run a coffeehouse where each cup of coffee will be hand-crafted from freshly roasted beans, 鈥? Larson says. 鈥淭he caf茅 will offer more employment opportunities for the people with unrecognized potential we serve each day at Bridges.鈥滻n addition to coffees and coffee drinks, the Living Room team will produce fresh baguettes each day paired with house-made compound butters, fruit and nut spreads. Cinnamon rolls, cookies and rustic baked goods round out the menu. If you鈥檙e a regular market customer for Arthouse, don鈥檛 worry.鈥淲e plan to continue at the farmers markets even after the caf茅 opens; you bet,鈥?
