That was news to Gillmor, who joined her council colleagues two years ago in backing the team鈥檚 parking arrangement with Great America. 鈥淚t should trickle down to us, as far as I鈥檓 concerned,鈥?Gillmor said. -I have both Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 retail installation DVDs. And even when it does, as far as I ve seen, you can t install Windows 8.1 with a DVD on a system that only came with Windows 8. It s been kind of a hit and miss so far. -Yeah the key is not a sticker like it was with Windows 7 and before. It is now embedded into the motherboard. It makes it more difficult. What you can do though is  You probably have to install Windows 8 and then manually upgrade to Windows 8.1.
