When thereÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs no question about all those things that I started with theyÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂre more open to hear that criticism. But if youÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂre just beating them up all the time and theyÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂre not getting that reassurance itÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs not productive.
