Angela Jackson, of Minneapolis, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder. The complaint says that Jackson was one of several people at the Bulldog. Prosecutors say that Jackson and others got into an argument and were asked to leave. Investigators said she first struck another vehicle and then ran Winbush down with her car. The complaint says that Jackson then took the car to hide it in a garage, and removed the license plates. Winbush is still listed in critical condition, according to the Hennepin County Attorney s Office, and it is not known whether he ll survive. Jackson was scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. in the courtroom at the Hennepin Michael Kors Factory Outlet County Jail.
