@@@ The appraisal district unanimously approved a 24 percent increase in its Christian Louboutin London budget Aug. 6 to cover a $500,000 judgment awarded to the district鈥檚 former landlord, Hoppenstein Properties.
The 43 taxing entities had 30 days from the adoption to approve a resolution, if desired. The six groups that expressed their disapproval of the budget were: McLennan County, McLennan Community College, and the cities of Robinson, Lorena, Bellmead and Hewitt. Those that took no action on the appraisal district鈥檚 budget, indicating they approved of it, include: the cities Christian Louboutin Uk of Beverly Hills, Bruceville-Eddy, Crawford, Gholson, Hallsburg, Lacy Lakeview, Mart, McGregor, Moody, Riesel, Valley Mills, Waco, West and Woodway; special districts of Castleman Creek Watershed, Elm Creek Watershed, and McLennan Hill Counties Tehuacana Creek Water and Control District; and Tory Burch Gladiator Sandals the school districts of Axtell, Bosqueville, Bruceville-Eddy, China Spring, Connally, Crawford, Gholson, Hallsburg, La Vega, Lorena, Mart, McGregor, Midway, Moody, Oglesby, Riesel, Robinson, Valley Mills, Waco and West. The appraisal district is appealing the judgment from a lawsuit regarding the agency鈥檚 decision to move out of its former headquarters, which Hoppenstein owned.
