Bear in mind you spend for amenities using your monthly association fee, and so the more amenities, the greater you probably will pay.

6. Neighbors. Focus on who resides in the structure already. If it's filled with retirees, or those who have downsized after spending most of their lives in suburbia, you may not feel totally comfortable if you're a young professional fresh out of college. While condo buildings attract numerous people, some tend to be more in line with what teenagers want, although some attract an adult crowd.
