I ve always liked greens, blues, and oranges. I wondered If they could all go in one room, said Merritt of her newly-renovated Needham condo.
Her contractor thought she was a little crazy at first, but it made sense in her head. She bought the townhouse on the Andrea Circle cul-de-sac three years ago looking for a design project.
And after a yearlong, comprehensive $175,000 rehaul, the three-story condo now feels a little big for Merritt and her two dogs. She s ready to sell her masterpiece. She s moving on time to find another project.
The four-bedroom, two-and-half-bathroom condo, which Merritt deems retro contemporary is now on the market for $1,110,000. It s filled with souvenirs from her extensive travels, design styles from her childhood home, and colors. Lots of colors.
An open house is scheduled Oct. 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Merritt, who works in healthcare sales, takes us on a tour of the three-story townhouse.
