Chris Brown said the Ebola outbreak in Africa may be a population control measure.

Well, not only is he an entertainer, he IS an educated scientist, so ... The epidemic has killed more than 4,000 people, mostly in West Africa and one in the United States. Last weekend, Dr. Brown postulated his theory to his 13 million Twitter followers, writing "I don't know ... But I think this Ebola epidemic is a form of population control. (Expletive) is getting crazy bruh." Indeed ... bruh. The message, which was re-tweeted 12,000 times, was widely criticized, of course. Professor Brown later wrote, "Let me shut my black (expletive) up!" "Let" him? In this Sept. 17, 2014 file photo, singer Chris Brown poses for a portrait in Los Angeles. Brown may have just been piggybacking on speculation by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who tweeted last month that the spread of Ebola is a population control method aimed at black Americans.
