Jewel @ Buangkok - Before you buy an apartment unit from the secondary resale market, you'll normally request a minumum of one or two viewings from the unit so as to visually inspect the property. This allows you to know what it is you are purchasing. However, you can't accomplish that when you purchase an apartment unit with a new condo launch event because the development continues to be being built.
