In jail, Joseph again found favor by being able understand the dreams of the Pharaoh. The Pharaoh was so high in anxiety and stress about the dreams he couldnt understand and the horrible dreams hed. Through Joseph, the Pharaoh was able to understand the financial implications of his dreams for your land of Egypt. Later, he was appointed governor of Egypt. The famine that struck the land where his sons and Jacob lived became exactly why these were later reunited. Reconciliation between his friends and Joseph paved the way for Jacob to again see his daughter. This remarkable story shows exactly how we, like Joseph, should cling to religion also in-the most trying conditions.
