I just adore the results that hills give to my running. No other workout provides far more to my operating than hills. Want to run rapidly, run some hills. Want to enhance your leg strength, run hills. Want to work on your running mechanics, run hills. Want to boost your mental toughness, run some hills. Want to get in shape rapidly, run some hills.

Each time that I quit running hills for an extended period of time I begin to run slower. Im not sure why I constantly quit. Probably the discomfort that I feel when I run hills tough. The shear agony that operating up a half mile long hill at 5k work can bring, is this why?

When I am operating my best it has always occurred soon after operating hills as soon as a week for a couple of months. The increased leg strength that I create and my enhance in lung capacity are just a handful of of the causes for running so nicely.
