Nashville Schools Telephone Information System

The Nashville Schools has started a fresh telephone information service that provides useful information to parents. The Nashville Schools new telephone communication service will offer you information about such school associated information as: schools which are closed due situations of snow, tornadoes or any other issues; schools on lock-down throughout drop-off or pick-up times; any crucial parent meetings; a crisis situation at any of the Nashville Schools; and work information.

Parents seem to need a simple system for communication between the schools and themselves. Calling system will be an automated call out system that will call parents. The calls will soon be no further than forty-five seconds showing the value of-the parents time. For school closings calls is likely to be made about thirty minutes ahead of the daughter or son is appointed to be selected upped by their bus. Any calls that are about non-emergency information will be made before 8:00PM. For emergency situations calls may be produced when the information is available.

Nashville Schools Produces New Education Center with the Nashville Coalition for Public Education

The faculty and staff of the Nashville Schools could have a new education center for professional growth. The newest Martin Professional Development Center will soon be finished with a combination of private and public funds. The Nashville Schools Martin Professional Development Center is named for the job of Charlie Martin and the Martin Basis.

This new service is likely to be located in the Eakin Elementary. The Eakin Elementary will soon be changed into the new training center. This Center will change the prevailing Randalls Learning Center which is over 80 years old. The newest center is planned to open in October. The newest middle employs months of work by the Nashville Alliance for Public Education to secure $3.5 million in renovation funds. These renovations will generate a 10,000 square foot room which can be used for various functions. Nashville Schools Martin Professional Development Center restoration will include development of the press facilities enhanced classrooms and the buildings faade will be changed.

Private donations came from your Martin Foundation which has pledged $1.5 million to-the task. Additional benefits in the Orrin H. Ingram Fund and the Turner Family Foundation offer yet another $1.5 million. Some other funds is going to be attached after the purchase of the Randalls Learning Center property. At the announcement for your Nashville Universities Martin Professional Development Center, Director of Nashville Schools Pedro E.
