More emphasis is now being given to one of the ways incoming links, and far less importance for mutual links. The major question is: How to get a good crop of 1 way links?

Everyone within the SEO community knows the power of having an effective link building strategy, but since recent revisions at Google happened the playing field has changed.

More emphasis is currently being directed at one way incoming links, and much less value for mutual links. The big question is: How can I get an excellent harvest of just one way links?

Undoubtedly the easiest way is to write articles for publication on sites. The rule is simple and it operates because webmasters are hungry for site content. In substitution for giving webmasters free material they accept publish your report, which contains a link to your site.

It will perhaps not be underestimated so just how effective this could be, but there are guidelines that need to be applied if you're to achieve success. If you are new to article marketing and desire to cash in on this method, then a directions are given below.

Firstly, at most of the article directories to that you need to publish your article there will soon be guidelines, read them and conform. Usually your article will not be accepted and you are wasting your time.

A dependence on all article websites is that the article should really be grammatically correct and spell checked. Many websites use human authors who will reject articles with bad grammar o-r misspelled words. Prevent this by publishing your article in Word, or related, with grammar and spell checking turned on.

Keep sentences short. Research shows that individuals searching the web are placed down by large chunks of text. Small sentences may attract more webmasters to read and perhaps submit your report.

Don't include tables or lists in your articles, some websites prohibit it. Webmasters will format your post as they want to buy anyway. For the same reason do not use bold o-r italic.

Make sure you are writing useful beneficial content, otherwise why would anyone desire to publish it? Also, as your purpose is to achieve links to your website, create content that is associated with your sites content.

Try to make an interesting title for your article. Something which clearly states what the article is about, but can also be distinct. That separates your report from the tens of thousands of others on the same subject.

By publishing articles on the net you are establishing your-self as an expert on your selected subject. Reflect this in your profile. Also, ensure you add a live link in your profile. The anchor text of this link must contain the main key words for the page it's linking to.

Adapt to these basic rules and you'll achieve success.

Early in the day in this article I suggested that you write your article in a processor, so that it may be spell and grammar checked. Nevertheless, the completed article must be copied and pasted into Notepad or similar text editor.

The explanation for this is that if you copy from the word processor file you'll be burning hidden figures that the content directories dont want. Copy to a text only publisher and then be sure that word place is powered down.

If word place is started up then your report may contain tough line breaks, which some directories dont take.

Now all you need to do is find some article websites to send your article to. The next link lists several report submission sites:, but is in no way extensive.

Perform a search for article directory sites in your search engine of preference to locate a lot more.

The more you send to, the more success you'll have.

All the best and get writing. kevin harper review
