The former "American Idol" star flashed her new piece of bling while performing at the VH1 Divas concert in Los Angeles on Dec. 16, 2012, just a few days after her boyfriend of one year Brandon Blackstock proposed. "I'M ENGAGED!!!!!" she tweeted on Dec. 15, 2012. "I wanted y'all to know!! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever :-)" she wrote. Blackstock helped design the ring, which features a yellow canary diamond surrounded by smaller sparklers.
