On paper, you seem to be checking off the boxes, and your anecdotal personal experience is positive, but while I was excited when I first heard of it, mostly because the idiot-proof practicality, I&#8217;ve had enough experience with medicine of my own to know natural is simply best, mostly because we don&#8217;t understand it.
