The internet is continually becoming more advanced, and now Canadian ISPs are lagging behind and are unable or unwilling to satisfactorily deliver this content.

The internet is continually becoming more advanced, and now Canadian ISPs are lagging behind and are unable or unwilling to satisfactorily deliver this content.
