Once you do away with a corporate rate there&#8217;s no longer any justification for halfing the tax between the corporation and the individual. Instead of 15%  20% the individual should pay the entire tax rate 35%. Add the penalty for forcible disgorgement and it&#8217;s up to 50%. Note: I&#8217;m not dealing with exemptions in this discussion.
