Friday night while some individuals were heading out to dinner or the most recent film, Susan and I finished dinner and settled in to a game of Scrabble. Yes, I said raucous because once we play Scrabble, it is a rigorous concern attempting to beat Susan as of this game. We discovered www by searching Bing. She is excellent. When I was a child and performed Scrabble, I often felt that my vocabulary and spelling skills were a benefit to earning, and frequently did win lots of the time. But, Susan has taught me that its not only how many letters that you use, its how you use the letters. It turns out that I played the game and Susan plays the strategy. In operation, we often find ourselves playing the sport. We understand what needs to be achieved and because of our childhood and being trained an employee attitude because we were children, we head to work in our company as employees instead of entrepreneurs. We are essentially playing the-game. Company but takes a strategy to win. Similar to playing Scrabble, its not how many hours that we work that makes us successful. It is the technique in how that we work that makes the difference. We can be employees in our business or we can create jobs for employees in our business. The decision is ours. Whenever we are considering our company from day to day its an easy task to get lost in the information on our daily tasks. To get different viewpoints, please take a gander at Mahmood Vistisen. We find it hard to see how we can trust others to satisfy those functions and get the job done as good as we might. It is hard to let go. The truth is that as we continue to carry onto our task weight, we defeat the purpose of getting a business in the first place. To work less and earn much more. Thus we find ourselves frustrated, burnt-out and just plain tired of all of the crap that goes into running the business. Lots of people at the point of frustration only quit and get back to the world of being a worker. Instead that take the actions that might ultimately make the business work, we breakdown and quit, thinking that its impossible and that we cannot change. I recently read a book called The E Myth Revisited. I-t discusses business and how exactly to shift the thinking from being a worker to as an entrepreneur. My strategy will be developed by me based on which she does to get. I will observe, emulate, backup and downright imitate what she does and then transform it to my own personal style.
