There are three great disco clubs and more in the event that you ask the cab drivers. The one I visited may be the 80's music club which is the best one and has good lighting and music. Life starts after 10.00 pm and Thursday is a good time to go. The comedy team with the big point is great and there is yet another on the north side with a lot of mirrors. It's a large team with go-go dancers.

There's also the Art Museum where you could buy art, also. The Lugansk Region building, city hall, and regional activities building make great photo shoots along with the several statues and older buildings in the factory neighborhoods. There is the open market road across from the Rossiya Dept store for a number of blocks. It is full of a huge selection of street vendors and stores and this area is visited by thousands of people each day. It is exciting just to go up and down the street and visit the long centers which run parallel to the street.

I have described a great deal here. It kept me busy for 8 full days not including my arrival and departure days from Kiev and rear. Have a cab - taxis are low priced for westerners 15-25 Ukrainian pounds (hrivnas) to any team one of the ways ($3-$5) very cheap. There are taxis everywhere you look.
