What is Lichen Sclerosus?

Lichen Sclerosus is really a chronic inflammatory disorder on the skin usually concerning the genital and anal areas. The illness is at their most effective in ladies, especially post-menopausal women, accompanied by men, and rarely children. As well as unbearable itching much like a chronic yeast infection, the condition could cause scarring of the vaginal tissues and consequently, narrows the vagina, which results in painful intercourse. Lots of women lose their wish to have intercourse for fear of the pain. Less commonly, extra-genital Lichen Sclerosus appears around the chest muscles, breasts, and arms. Lichens Sclerosus is not contagious.

Many doctors are not sure of Lichen Sclerosus and aren't able to diagnose the disease correctly. Many people are instructed to see numerous doctors before a correct diagnosis is manufactured. Lichen Sclerosus, just like a great many other chronic skin diseases, has received limited effective treatments. Typically, doctors suggest a strong corticosticosteroid ointment or cream, to supply temporary relief of the itching and discomfort.

The Stem Cell Lift® Procedure

The Stem Cell Lift® is a noninvasive procedure performed under local anesthesia. To ease anxiety and for patient comfort, oral sedative and/or intramuscular injections are often administered. The process is carried out in three stages. First, the area from where you wish fat deposits being extracted from is marked and tumescent local anesthesia is slowly injected employing a blunt instrument. Following a short wait to enable the anesthetic medication to work, body fat is slowly removed under local anesthesia employing a mini-liposuction method through specially engineered instruments. Second, the obtained fat is processed to target the stem cells and improve their ratio to the fat cells being prepared for injection. Third, local anesthesia is administered and the super-charged adult stem cells from the own body's fat along with some fat cells are injected. A bandage is positioned on the area in which the fat was taken. The whole procedure is completed all in the 24 hour in about 4 hours. People are able to walk and resume normal day to day activities right away after the Stem Cell Lift® procedure.
