Hello whatever you great people out there. Have you ever thought, If I'd known then what I know now. or If I had my entire life to reside once again I'd change... ??

Actually there's not very much I, personally might have done differently. But there is one medical matter I'd like to have known more about and followed to: early youth health techniques.

I had issues with my teeth from the minute get. I had to own fillings, root canal function, tooth extractions. You name it, I had it. (Particularly at Halloween) could have been alright if perhaps I'd known about and applied proper (and I mean proper) health and gum hygiene even eating those taffy apples and other candy. Call it hindsight.

Ironically, during this period within my life I seriously look after the few teeth I could still call my own personal. I brush my teeth (and gums) the moment I get fully up each morning and after every meal. Mouthwash is used by me frequently. I select biannual dental checkups. I ensure it is a spot to get at a dentist as soon as I believe the smallest dental problem.

Within our age and day anything sometimes happens. My next statement may appear a little weird - like some thing out of science fiction - but therefore did attaining the moon fifty years ago. I see people in this lifetime cutting a third group of teeth. Wouldnt that be something! Therefore lets maybe not spend your time. Lets brush through to mouth and gum hygiene procedures. Allows increase dental hygiene whether through yearly dental hygiene week for children or dental hygiene shirts or whatever.
