Blackwater wants to put on a new training center in Otay Mesa, Hillcrest. The internationally known Blackwater Global, previously known as Blackwater USA, has plans to go its teaching site to a building positioned in Siempre Viva Road. The building has an section of 61,600 square feet which is able to house the facilities designed to train law enforcers, military men and the firms own employees.

Erik Prince and Al Clark, who both served as Navy Seals, started the organization in 1997. Blackwater provides several services which can be mainly of the defensive, defensive and training nature. Services are offered by them to both private companies and individuals. However the organization became apparent to the worlds attention because of its participation in objectives and agreements for the Government.

Blackwater has been involved in several military missions overseas. The US Government has three major contractors that handle some of its military defensive and offensive jobs and Blackwater may be the greatest of these all. Despite its numerous workers and large facilities, Blackwater even offers its own stable of 744 U.S. Companies and 243 foreign ones. Blackwaters most recently known agreements for the government include handling jobs during the actions to Afghanistan, the Iraqi War and assistance following a devastation of Hurricane Katrina. The business also caters to petrochemical, insurance and communications companies.

While conflict with america was going on the majority of its original missions were to serve as protection depth for other special visitors and diplomats to Afghanistan and Iraq. The previous government was toppled by the company protected American and Iraq officials from insurgents, and also trained the recently rebuilt Iraqi army after the US military.

In March 2004, Iraqi rebels ambushed four Blackwater companies as they were providing food. The four were attacked with various high-power tools. Their dead bodies were shown on a bridge across the Euphrates. This was one of the attacks on US private contractors that resulted in the assault on Fallujah.

Located in Moyock, North Virginia, the company was called for the colour of the water in a near their 6,000 acre facility. The pioneers designed the main headquarters of the company to be able to provide research in addition to instruction for recruits and development for equipment that they'll use during any involvement. Some of the structures in the service are lessons for tactical training, shooting ranges for high-caliber weapons as well as a building for simulating hostage situations.
