Sunday Market

In addition to gourmet and organic products, a wide range of goods are also for sale including arts and crafts, plants, toys, tools, books, clothes and second hand, pre-loved items. The Sunday Market is also a great venue for locals and visitors to find unique, collectable items.

The Sunday Markets are held every Sunday, from 8:00am to 12 noon at the Myer Car Park. There is an entry fee of 50 cents, with proceeds going to charity.

Wagga Wagga Food and Wine Festival

The Food and Wine Festival offer visitors a taste of the local produce, some of the best local wines and a wide range of local olive products. It features over 40 food and wine stalls that offer high quality local products.

The Food and Wine Festival is an annual event held every March at the beautiful Civic Centre.

Wagga Wagga Gold Cup

The Wagga Wagga Gold Cup is the premier racing event in the Riverina and is believed to be Australia's 2nd oldest thoroughbred horse racing event today. It attracts a top field of horses every year and features a "fashions on the field" competition and musical entertainment. It is considered as one of the largest events in the Riverina region.

The Wagga Wagga Gold Cup is an annual event held at the Murrumbidgee Turf Club.

Wagga Wagga Jazz and Blues Festival
