Are you currently playing as the Witch Doctor and wish to learn how to properly construct your character for max efficiency around the battlefield? Without the proper build, you can easily get wiped out by enemies instantly. Below, I've outlined a good build that can be used for both solo and group play.

Witch Doctor Build 2013 - Remember that this build was made throughout my play style. I typically like to clear mobs as quick as possible, so here is a build i devised for end game with inferno in your mind!

Acid Cloud (Corpse Bomb) - At level 60, you will have plenty of mana, so Corpse bomb appears like an effective spell to go with Acid Cloud as a result of devastating AOE damage. Using the Witch Doctor's mana well over 1000+ as well as the high mana regeneration, you'll be able to get rid of armies of mobs before you decide to deplete your resource.

Grasp with the Dead (Unbreakable Grasp) - An awesome utility spell to keep the mobs slowed. When slowed, this will enable the mob being denser, that can enable your Corpse Bomb hitting more targets, killing more enemies at the same time.

Soul Harvest (Siphon) - An incredible skill to replenish your lifetime in sticky situations. If you don't just like the extra health, the rune could be exchanged for Languish.

Mass Confusion (Devolution) - A fantastic and powerful crowd control spell you can use every minute roughly. Use Mass Confusion to keep your enemies from increasing so if you feel overwhelmed by a massive mob. Mass Confusion, Devolution and Grasp from the Dead can be your main supply of defence on this build.

Patch 1.08 - Wall Of Zombies (Pile On) - This mix is quite viable for when you encounter stronger enemies or boss like mobs. Dealing 765% weapon damage in a tiny area on those strong opponents works wonders. Bear in mind this spell is a touch slow, so attempt to keep the boss first before applying this spell.

Fetish Army (Legion of Daggers) - The past spell which i chose was Fetish Army associated with Legion of Daggers. This can be another spell which i felt was necessary to take on stronger mobs or bosses. From it in conjunction with Wall of Zombies, you should be able to defeat stronger mobs or bosses with ease.

Here are the passive skills which i chose for the Witch Doctor:

Spiritual Attunement - Nice passive skill to boost your mana to usually over 1000+, that can consequently improve your mana regeneration to 30 per second.

Vision Quest - Another beautiful passive to improve your mana regeneration (usually to over 120 per second) when 4 or maybe more skills take presctiption cool off.

Gruesome Feast - I decided this last passive skill because I was keen on the rise in damage and additional mana regeneration whenever you found a health globe.

AOE Roundup Build - Keep in mind that this build for the Witch Doctor is suited to my play style and may not necessarily act as well for you personally since it did personally.
