To get the best results using these wraps, you need to follow each one of these steps! This is simply not optional--It's MANDATORY!! 99 percent of that time period when I listen to clients that the "wraps didn't work," apparently they didn't follow these steps totally and completely.Please read ALL and finish ALL!


skinny wrap - Prior to doing anything, take photos with the area you are likely to wrap, both front and side views. Make sure the photos are CLEAR, appropriate distance in the mirror, pants are down low enough and not covering any pooch or belly, etc. You Will need these for after. Even when I lost 6 1/2 inches, I did not think I had lost anything until I compared my before afters.

Measure! Measure! Measure! Standard measuring applies for the arms and legs--just wrap the tape measure around. However, if you're wrapping your tummy, there will have to be 3 measurements taken. (in the navel, 2 inches above it, and a pair of inches below it.) Write these measurements down!

Take a fashionable shower before utilizing the wrap for optimum results. (this will open your pores so that you can absorb the components!) Do NOT use any soap or lotion because these can block pores and the wrap ingredients from properly absorbing. This is especially true of anything Dove related since its super moisturizing. My suggestion is always to literally just stay at home the shower and allow the warm water open your pores. No cleaning the area you are likely to wrap--at all!

Also for best results wipe rubbing alcohol on the area after drying faraway from the shower. This further opens your pores.

Apply wrap to desired area with lotion side on the skin. To maintain it in place, wrap within the wrap with saran wrap.

Leave the wrap on for at least Forty-five minutes to a MAXIMUM of 8 hours. Most people use it 3-4 hours. You can sleep in it also (most of my clients do).

While wearing the wrap, drink 1-2 bottles water. If you fall asleep by using it on, no, you don't have to get up every hour and drink bottles water. Just drink what you might before going to sleep, and you will probably still have great outcomes.

When you take the wrap off, there will be lotion leftover around the area you applied it to. DO NOT WIPE OFF. Rub it into your skin until it's basically gone.

Meausre the same spots again and write them down.

Immediately take the photos again, and continue taking them every day on the next Three days. And again, make sure they are clear, inside the same positions as the before photos, garments are not covering something that needs to be seen, distance is identical in the mirror as your before photos, etc. MAKE SURE They're In keeping with YOUR BEFORE PHOTOS! When you go back to view your before after, please make sure never to just scroll using your cellular phone. You won't be able to actually start to see the difference that way. Use an app like picframe and put them SIDE BY SIDE-- or send these phones me, and that i can do it to suit your needs! :) THIS is CRUCIAL-- do NOT skip the photos.

Drink a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water The afternoon YOU WRAP and Every day FOLLOWING For an additional 72 hours. (ie: if you weight 200 lbs, drink 100 ounces of water-- that's 6 bottled waters.) NO EXCUSES. If you don't see results, you didn't drink enough water. I can't stress this enough.

Stay far from fats, coffee, tea, soda, sugar, smoking, alcohol, etc. during this period but in addition best results. The wrap will do its job removing the toxins--don't jeopardize that by putting toxins right back in.

Do NOT exercise while wearing the wrap Or perhaps the same day you wrap. This is NOT a wrap that produces you sweat out water weight. The lotion must absorb without sweat interfering in any kind of way. You are able to, however, exercise these 3 days.

Do NOT shower immediately after detaching the wrap. I suggest waiting before next day to shower.

95 percent of men and women may have results on the 1st wrap. If you never, booking to make sure you did everything stated earlier. Smoking can reduce the results. Also, if you're on any medications or it's that period from the month, the wrap will not give results because of water retention, so if you feel going to use it, time according.

Do NOT apply another wrap until a minimum of 72 hours later. The botantical-blend in one wrap will continue to work over the course of 3 days, and results get progressively better during this time period. You could have your best results about the 3rd day.

You can't wrap the next concurrently: Stomach and Back Stomach and Thighs Stomach and Butt Back and Thighs Back and Butt Thigh and Butt Thighs and Back

You CAN wrap the following concurrently: Stomach and face Stomach and arms Stomach and lower legs Stomach and neck/chin Back and face Back and arms Back and calves Back and neck

You MUST MUST MUST do all 4 wraps. Four wraps is one treatment. One wrap is not a treatment, it is only 1/4 with the treatment. If you aren't getting huge results after taking off your 1st wrap, remember that that wrap will still be doing work for another 3 days--this is simply the beginning. And THEN you still have THREE more wraps to complete. Do not stop after 1 or 2 wraps. Complete the whole treatment, following these instructions completely Each and every time.

Again with all the water. Drink All of your water. The more you drink, the more you shrink. If you do not get results, you did not drink enough water.
