Golf warm up you say? Aren't you designed to rush to the program, grab the BIG DOG, take a few hacks at it and start your round? Is that what you do? Seriously be honest with yourself. In that case, what was the result on the initial tee? Ill bet it wasnt a good par! Am I wrong?

I dont mean to include too much sarcasm within, but I need to get your focus on the need for doing tennis warm up exercises to avoid these large figures the initial few holes.

Now I would ike to speak with you prefer youre an athlete for one minute. Time to be re-lived the glory days one more by time.

Today remember in the day whenever you had a game, meet or opposition. Did you go out on the area or court and start playing your game?

You did a warm up didnt you?

Effectively why wouldnt you do one before tennis then? Ahgotcha didnt I!

You'd most surely do a warm up. Not only pounding balls either. Thats the worst thing you can do. You need to accomplish tennis warm up exercises to get ready for optimal performance on the program.

Now picture the swing movement and all its moving parts. The shoulders have become active, if not probably the most active in the golf swing. So better execute a handful of exercises for that place.

Think about your tennis posture? Wellyour bent at the waist with anxiety in your lower back, hamstrings and glutes. And that means you better do one or two tennis warm up exercises for anyone parts also.

Have I convinced you yet? If not, then keep your same schedule and assume the same results. I hate to sound too bad, but I firmly feel you need to complete your golf warm up exercises.

Here is one tennis warm up exercise of ten, that I've assembled to obtain you started on the right track.

I call it the squat by having an arm raise:

  • Feet shoulder width apart.
  • Place team in front of you and hold with both of your hands for balance.
  • Lower body by bending at the knees maybe not hips.
  • At the same time frame raise the membership horizontaly up facing you.
  • Raise repeat 15 times, reduce the hands and right back up.
  • Keep chest muscles very erect.

This can be a good combination workout that warms up the shoulders, spine and feet all at once.
