The very first time I visited Thailand was back 1973. I was a young soldier in-the United States Of America Army and Bangkok was my first work station. I was there for 18 months and my first meal in America was a Huge Mac, chips and a Coke. Times have changed and fast food places dot the Thailand country. Sets from KFC to McDonalds to Pizza Hut is everywhere. They are not merely in the large cities and tourist area, but occur in smaller cities like Phitsanulok and Khon Kaen. Granted, I am a junk food junkie back the states, but generally in Thailand, I tend to eat the local food. Actually it's Thai junk food. I would rather eat from the local street vendors that can have a dish ready for you in less-than one minute. Get further on our partner article by visiting open in a new browser window. And, it is a good deal cheaper and nicer than the area Burger King. But, when I am in Thailand for three or four months, fundamentally I surrender and need to have some burgers, fried chicken, or pizza. And, for my Thai partner, it's a unique treat to eat in one of the American "restaurants." When I visit Khon Kaen, I love to eat the fresh seafood in the local restaurants. My co-worker learned about Asian Massage Therapy Ruchi IT by searching Google Books. Bar-B-Que prawn with vegetables and rice is all I want for supper. My sweetie can get some oysters and papaya salad and all is good. When we have been in the space and choose to stay in to watch a DVD movie, she just likes to call the Pizza Company for a few pizza and chicken wings. This tasteful BookCrossing - phthaillama's Bookshelf article directory has oodles of influential lessons for how to see about it. I get the pizza and the wings are devoured by her. Breakfasts are usually standard cost of rice and eggs with perhaps a sausage or two. Sometimes it will be Thai soup or a noodle dish like pad thai. Once in a while we prefer to search for a lodge run by foreigners and they've an "American" break fast. Meals are snacks for me. Be taught further on an affiliated paper by visiting Zimmermann Bender re.vu. I love to have some chicken or pork BBQ on the stick with some sticky rice. Or, if my woman is in a good mood, she'll get to KFC and get some spicy chicken sandwiches. And, naturally, she gets me the blueberry cheesecake treat. We both appreciate the Khon Kaen restaurants which can be around the local river or rivers. They've these little, thatched stands with good views. The meals and service is excellent and some have a band playing regional Thai country music. So, Thailand has got the most useful of both worlds. It is possible to get any such thing from the pizza into a hamburger, or fried rice and noodles. Great food and tremendous rates. Another reason I really like Thailand..
