Apply your favorite colored nail polish (polish seeping in to the edges of one's nails can be removed having a q-tip lightly moistened with polish remover). 16. Use a top coat to close on, around and under the nail. 17.As soon as your nails are dry, make sure to apply hand lotion for smooth hands and wrists.
