I've tested several of these pillows and I really like them. They make all the difference when I am driving far away. I have lower pain in the back and had a discectomy my L-4/ 5. The surgery assisted (I was an unusual fortunate one) but I still need to make sure since as soon as I flare things up, I can be back in bed for a couple of days. I am 5 '10 and I won't inform you my weight, however suffice it to say if you're a smaller sized woman or an extremely little man, you may want to attempt their less dense foam variation.
