And finally, the caveman had to determine just how to defend themselves from the elements. Whether it was raw winter snows or harsh summer temperature the caveman had to figure out how exactly to survive these serious conditions.

The purpose is that all of these things involve a massive amount of energy, talent, and intellectual alertness. And because the caveman had nothing to eat aside from the things that nature presented, their diet should have played a powerful part in assisting them to survive.

Many people who have commenced a Paleo diet have believed to see more electricity, less illness, and a dramatic weight loss. When you eat a diet that uses the guidelines of Paleo you are eating for power, fuel, and health.
