Here are some 10 Korean movies of history many years which i enjoyed. These are the comic to the tragic, and involve both action movies and historical dramas. Three seem to be extracted from events in Korea over the past 40 years or so.

My Sassy Girl - Based on a true to life story a man posted on the Internet, My Sassy Girl became extremely popular in East Asia back in 2001, when it was popular in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. This triggered a forgettable direct-to-disc American remake in 2008, starring Elisha Cuthbert (who's unforgettable). My Sassy Girl is about an excellent guy who meets a drunk girl Known only since the "Girl" - on the subway, and all sorts of odd adventures they get into while falling for each other. You may never believe the location where the plot goes in this.

Joint Security Area (JSA) - The Joint Security Area is the DMZ between North Korea and Columbia, which movie tells the tale of your double-shooting inside the JSA. Oldboy - Oldboy is probably the more famous Korean movies with American audiences, famous enough which it hit CNN during the Virginia school shooting a short while ago. Oldboy is about a man abducted and imprisoned in a hotel room for 15 years, and what comes about when he escapes. Prepare for the twist, in addition to seeing Oldboy drink too much with his hammer. Should they ever actually obtain the U.S. remake of Oldboy made, it's going to suck so bad. There's just so many essential parts they would must change for American audiences. Oldboy was great, though.

Sympathy For Lady Vengeance - Like Oldboy, Sympathy For Lady Vengeance was directed by Park Chan-wook, and this is considered part of his "vengeance trilogy" (in addition to Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance). Whenever a woman leaves prison, after serving a sentence for a crime she didn't commit, it's time to mete out revenge up against the real culprits.

Arahan - Arahan can be a 2004 action-comedy that was panned by critics, but found a crowd. Once the 6 Masters of Tao determine that an inept cop has got the Chi to get an "Arahan" and rule the planet, you are aware that all kinds of wackiness will ensue. You'll either love this one or hate it.

In the event it was through with its run, Silmido was the first South Korean movie being viewed by Tens of millions of Koreans within the theater.

The President's Last Bang - Another movie portraying events from South Korea's sordid past, The President's Last Bang is one of the 1979 assassination from the South Korean President by his friend and Intelligence Director.
