1. Remove the old polish with nail polish remover. Apply your preferred colored nail polish (polish seeping in to the edges of your nails can be removed with a q-tip lightly moistened with polish remover). 16. Apply a top coat to close on, around and under the nail. 17.Once your nails are dry, make sure to apply hand lotion for smooth hands and fingers.
