A few months back, I ditched the store-bought cleansers and completely embraced making my very own household cleaners. My reasons why were numerous. They really make you actually feel like you are of importance which is something that is lacking in customer service these days. So, I knew I would be getting excellent service and a great product if I chose this bottle. But, apart from what I mention above, I liked their bottle better for quite a few reasons. First, it had an ergonomic, no slip trigger sprayer. One of the complaints I read on the other sprayers from competing brands was the trigger sprayer didn't last long. I have to say, we have had this bottle for a while and use it daily. The trigger sprayer continues to hold up. One other reason I chose this bottle is it came with a transfer pipette for getting precise measurements on essential oils. It is nothing fancy, but awfully handy. The company also included a cute little label I could use to write down my recipe and adhere to the bottle so I know the ingredients without having to look them up anyplace. Another advantage is an eBook that I got via email about a day after the sale that had a ton of useful DIY cleaners for me to try out. Like I said above, this company does an incredible job with customer service. All in all, this bottle was a fantastic buy. It was a couple of more dollars than the other bottles offered on Amazon; but those bottles offered no pipette, label, or ebook. And so I felt like the extra few dollars was well worth it. I strongly recommend it to all those folks out there who are interested in making their own DIY cleaners. I liked it so much, I went back to Amazon and puchased three more.
